Every client is treated like family, and most come to us through referrals from others we’ve helped. From our office in Fuquay-Varina to the homes we serve across the Triangle, our promise remains the same: honest advice, lasting relationships, and help you can count on year after year.

Questions About Medicare & How We Help

Helpful answers from your local Medicare experts

  • What is Medicare, and who qualifies?

Medicare is a federal health insurance program primarily for people age 65 and older, as well as younger individuals with certain disabilities. It’s made up of several parts that cover different needs, including hospital care (Part A), medical services (Part B), private Medicare Advantage plans (Part C), and prescription drug coverage (Part D). Our team helps you understand how each part applies to your situation so you can make informed decisions about your healthcare coverage.

  • Do I pay for your services?

No. Our consultations and plan comparisons are always free to you. Triangle Health Solutions is compensated by the insurance carriers we work with, which means you get expert help at no cost. Medicare rules prohibit brokers from charging fees for this service, so you can feel confident that our advice is based solely on your needs.

  • Can you help me compare plans from different insurance companies?

Yes. As an independent Medicare insurance broker, we represent multiple carriers, including Blue Cross NC, Humana, Aetna, and others. We’ll compare your doctors, prescriptions, and preferred hospitals across several plans to find the coverage that fits you best.

  • When should I start thinking about Medicare enrollment?

Most people should begin reviewing their Medicare plans about three months before turning 65. This gives you enough time to understand your options and ensure your coverage begins when you need it. If you’re already on Medicare, you can review or change plans during the Annual Enrollment Period each fall.

  • What makes Triangle Medicare Solutions different from other brokers?

We focus on education, not sales. Our family-owned team takes the time to explain Medicare in plain language so you can make decisions with confidence. We build lasting relationships, offering continued support year after year — not just during enrollment season.
